Gatherings:

For the Faith Community of Praxis we look for many oppurtunities to get together to share our lives. Our groups are known as Gatherings. Each of our Gatherings is as diverse as our faith community we are a part of. We share our victories and struggles often around a cup of coffee or the kitchen table of someone's home. It is the belief of Praxis that relationships are vital to our lives and these relationships are nurtured in our Gatherings. Our Gatherings occur throughout our community and different days and times. Each Gathering has a central focus. We encourage everyone to try out a Gathering. Byron Highway Gathering: Every Friday a group of us gather to eat some food, share with each other our journey of faith. During this time we also spend time in study of the bible. Day Care is provided! We begin around 7:00 but raley on time
11th Street Gathering: Every Monday night starting at 8:30pm we gather at the Starbucks in the Safeway Shopping Center to discuss certain topics that pertain to culture and faith. Everyone is welcomed to come and share their view.
Helping Hands Gathering: Monday nights we join with New Heart Community Church to prepare a meals and serve food to our community. We gather to ensure that our community for one night has a safe place to get a good meal.
